Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use RaidRoot. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. To purchase a paid subscription you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract.

RaidRoot uses Twitch OAuth for authentication. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your credentials or allow others to use your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

RaidRoot provides tools including but not limited to: automatic clip creation, chat bot and Seeds economy, YouTube Shorts upload, OBS overlay integration, auto-raid after stream, post-stream email summaries, AI go-live time recommendations, and chat moderation.

The service requires an active Twitch account and may optionally connect to YouTube and TikTok accounts. Features that depend on third-party platforms are subject to the availability and policies of those platforms.

RaidRoot is offered on a subscription basis. Plans and pricing are displayed on the platform.

• Free trial: New accounts receive a 30-day free trial. No payment is taken during the trial period.
• Auto-renewal: After the trial, your subscription automatically renews on a monthly basis unless cancelled.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via your account settings. You retain access until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
• Payment processing: Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Price changes: We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price increase before it takes effect.

You agree not to use RaidRoot to:

• Violate Twitch's, YouTube's, or TikTok's Terms of Service or community guidelines
• Engage in harassment, hate speech, or illegal activity
• Attempt to circumvent, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform
• Use the service on behalf of another streamer without their knowledge or consent
• Create multiple free trial accounts to avoid payment

We may suspend your account immediately and without notice if we determine you are in breach of these rules.

RaidRoot integrates with Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, and Stripe. Use of these platforms is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or platform policies that affect the service.

You authorise RaidRoot to act on your behalf within the permissions you grant through OAuth (e.g. reading chat, creating clips, sending raids). You can revoke these permissions at any time through the respective platform's connected-apps settings, or by disconnecting the account inside RaidRoot.

Clips, video files, and stream data processed through RaidRoot remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit this content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any other purpose without your consent.

RaidRoot, its logo, software, and all associated content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

RaidRoot is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will be achieved (such as follower growth or clip virality). Automated features such as raids and uploads act based on the settings you configure — you are responsible for reviewing these settings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RaidRoot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of revenue, followers, or content.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if the service is discontinued. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you by email or via an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
